1. Who we are

This website is operated by LuminaLab LLC, Milpitas, CA 95035, United States. For visitors in the European Union and the European Economic Area, the data controller is LuminaLab Sp. z o.o., ul. Sportowa 2, 82-500 Kwidzyn, Poland (KRS 0001214044, NIP 6131598231).

For any privacy question, contact us at info@ambernay.com or +1 669 296 7807.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form or by email:

Our server also records standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of the request) to keep the website secure and to prevent spam.

3. Why we use it

We use your data only to reply to your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an offer and take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and for up to 3 years afterwards, unless we start working together — then the data becomes part of our contract records and is kept for the period required by law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by service providers who host our website and email on our behalf, under appropriate data processing agreements. Because LuminaLab operates in the United States and Poland, your data may be transferred between the two; we protect such transfers with appropriate safeguards required by GDPR.

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools, and fonts are served from our own server. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

7. Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy to transfer elsewhere, and object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Just write to info@ambernay.com.

If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. California residents may have additional rights under California law; contact us to exercise them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
